About Us:
We are a two person, husband/wife operation and take pride in providing more personalized customer service. The items we sell are usually brand new in the box. Sometimes we sell displays, repackaged or new in open box items which this information will be included in our descriptions.
Please note that we do not manufacture the items and sometimes items can come damaged from shipping or were just simply a lemon from the manufacturer. If you receive a damaged or non-functioning item, please notify us through email and we will work with you towards an amicable solution.
Item Descriptions:
All descriptions on New Items used in my ads come directly from one of several places; the manufacturer website that has specifications and descriptions, retailer websites and directly off the box itself.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days after receipt of the item only if the item is defective upon receipt. If this is the case, please contact us via email for further instruction.
All other returns: If you determine your item is not what you wanted, did not work for you or you changed your mind, please remember even if the item states “free shipping” it still cost money to ship to you and the buyer is responsible for the original shipping cost plus the return shipping cost. Item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
We also record all serial numbers to ensure the same item shipped is the same item returned

Paypal is the only form of payment accepted
Item must be paid for within 3 days after close of sale. If not paid, item will be relisted. If you change your mind or unable to pay, please contact us prior the 3rd day and we will accept your request to cancel the order.

Residents of Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and APO’s need to contact seller for additional shipping costs.
