We doour best to describe the items as accurately as possible. Sometimes (in hasteor even simple human error) we make mistakes and we will do everything torectify the issue. Customer service is very important to us and we strive to bethe best. But please note we are not in business to give away free stuff.

Afteryou have received an item, always contact us first if there is any issue withour products. We usually reply within 24hours and try to find an amicablesolution for both of us. ALMOST ALWAYS WE CAN FIND A SOLUTION FOR THE ISSUE YOUARE HAVING.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPINGTERMS:

Due tothe nature of our business, we expect payment within 5 business days. After 10days, an automated unpaid item notice will be sent. If you need time beyond the10 days, please let us know so we can avoid that notice being sent.

We shipmost items with insurance and flat shipping rates. Sometimes, when possible, wedo offer you combined shipping discounts, so please feel free to ask. Ourproducts are located between various warehouses in IL and thus we may not beable to combine the shipments in a cost effective manner.

We shipby Fedex, UPS, or USPS. We will ship to a P.O. Box but shipping will be more basedon what the USPS rates are for P.O.Boxes. Most of the shipments are out within24 hours of payment and your tracking number will be updated in . willalso send you an email with an updated shipping status. We ship M-F only, myteam doesn’t like to work on weekends ☺.
