This new Black 14x13 skid plate (coil cover) is a replacement aftermarket item. It will last up to 3 times as long as the stock White GPZ cover and is much stonger and thicker.

Highly recommended items to protect your GPZ 14x13 inch searchcoil. The new skid plate fits tight, so we recommend care during the installation process. The tight fit will keep all debris from getting under the coil cover and creating falsing.

The manufacture recommends for installation that you allow the skid plate to soften up for easy installation. This can be done by leaving the coil cover in the sun for a bit and then snapping onto the searchcoil.
