I do not have much knowledge of this item, so unit was tested with water, and powered on. Rollers do not seem to be moving inside the unit despite testing. I was able to cycle through to a different bird and also change the temperature. I never saw the rollers inside move nor did I feel them move but after a short while there was warm air blowing inside the incubator. It comes with the felt optional part, and has one insert inside the machine with a good lid and good power supply. The box it is in is heavily distressed and appears as if the previous owner was putting birds in it. I can ship this item in a different box if you like you would need to tell me prior to purchase.
