Our family and extended family recently downsized and has to part with a lot of stuff from our pet-free, non-smoking homes. This includes some of our favorite things, seldom used items and things we never even had a chance to use. I will attempt to describe our stuff as best as possible but please refer to the photos to see exactly what the item is and what you\'re offerding was working fine in the pool the last time it was used. Prior to that, my son charged the battery as usual but did not put it back together properly allowing water to enter into the battery compartment causing corrosion as seen in the photos. I was told that the water likely just damaged the battery and corroded its connection points and that it it should be easy to clean up such corrosion with rubbing alcohol but I told my son that I was going to sell it as \"punishment \". The battery, as shown in the photos, will be included but I assume that it doesn\'t work and am including it so that you can use it for the model number/type for a new one. Although it is not shown in the photos, the recharging power supply will also be included. It also has LED lights in the cone. With all that said, this is being sold as-is. Please see photos for details, condition, material and measurements.

That means that I accept no responsibility for packages--whether it\'s lost, damaged, etc--once it\'s out of my hands. I will NOT issue refunds for damaged items if the original packaging and packing material is not retained for insurance claims. I have no problems adding delivery confirmation, tracking information, insurance and/or shipping a different way as long as you let me know ahead of time and agree to cover the extra costs.
