Minolta MD Rokkor 50mm f1.2 lens (later version)

For sale is a 50mm standard Rokkor lens - a sought after cult classic, which is famous for its sharpness and colour consistency particularly when used for portraiture. This is a very sharp and fast f1.2 lens with good contrast which produces vivid colours; it is great at all distances including close-up photography.

The lens for sale is in excellent condition internally with no dust and no fungus. There are no scratches on either the front or rear glass, which is in excellent condition. Externally it is in very good condition; the lens focusing ring has a smooth action, the aperture ring moves freely but there is some minor brassing on the barrel which is to be expected with a lens of this age.

The sale includes original Minolta front and rear lens caps and a Hoya 55mm lens filter.
