Mirage C1012 220 MHz Solid State Amplifier
The power output meets or exceeds specs of 10 watts input and 120 watts output.
I used a Bird wattmeter to test the output into a dummy load.
I do not have a 220 MHz antenna so you should presume the pre-amp is not working.
The original rubber feet fell off and have been replaced with rubber backed felt.
