This sale is for a Mirage Flower Engraved Student Curved Soprano Saxophone with Case
Used Condition.The instrumentincludes: case, mouthpiece, neckstrap, polishing cloth, and gloves; does NOT include any reeds. There is a\"bracket\"on the body that has become loose, this can easily be fixed with some epoxy; this defect does not affect the function of the instrument in any way. The case is scuffed andhas a few minor \"dents\" and a couple cracks, but still functions as intended.Please reference the photos.

If you are picking the item up in person we do not accept PayPal.
If you are picking the item up or shipping it freight it must be picked up within 7 days of the sale ending.
For returns we must be notified of the problem within 5 days of the tracking #
showing delivery and the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
If the item is damaged in shipping you must notify us and UPS within 24 hours. We only take returns for items that do not match the sale description and that are sold as working. If an item is listed \"AS IS\" or is described with mechanical or electrical faults, we will not take it back. You are offerding on it in that condition \"AS IS\". If an item is returned for any other reason we will charge a 20% restocking fee. We DO NOT take returns for size issues on clothing or shoes. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to know their size for an item. We are not responsible for items ordered incorrectly or for any compatibility issues you have with an item. We accept PayPal. We do not accept direct Credit Card payment. We only accept paypal from US accounts with US mailing addresses. All customers must pay 6.35% sales tax for local pickups. CT residents must pay 6.35% sales tax for all purchases. If you are picking the item up at our warehouse we cannot accept Paypal. The item must be paid for and picked up within 5 days after the sale ending (I may increase this to 7 days upon request). Local pickups are only allowed by appointment and we are only open 9am-5pm, Monday thru Friday. We are closed all weekends and holidays.
