We do not offer 1st Class International shipping anymore due to PayPal fraud. We only ship with USPS Priority International. Import duties, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These fees are the buyer\'s responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the shipping company or customs office when you pick the item up. All Customs Forms will be filled out honestly.
