Green Monarch Junior Hand-Crank Stamp Machine with Letterpress Numbers and Letters. Believe to date to the 1940s or so. It is complete with Bakelite / hard plastic type drawer with contents of various stamping dies.

This contraption was used to print a volume of retail tickets. Turning the crank feeds a ticket into the device, applying ink to the print head, advancing a mechanical counter, stamping the ticket, and ejecting the printed ticket. The three digit mechanical counter is mounted to the top of the machine and keeps track of the number of labels that have been printed.
Comes with a drawer filled with various stamping dies.
