This is a Morton Aircraft Corporation M-5 .92 cubic inch
spark ignition model airplane engine, built about 1945. The 5-cylinder radial
engine has spark ignition, overhead valves, steel sleeved cylinders, and a
forged crankshaft rotating in ball bearings. It has decent compression, rotates
smoothly, and the 16” wooden propeller is intact. The engine is missing one
pushrod and cam follower, two rocker arms, and the distributor cap retention
