- 90 days parts replacementReturns- ALL returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Contact Wacky Hippo for a RA before returning item.
- Request forreturn must be made within14 days of receipt of the item. Only NEW/UNUSEDunits may be returned. Once gas has been placed in the unit it cannot bereturned.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. ($140.00 - $180.00 for this unit)- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.- 20% restocking charge on all returns.- Returns must be shipped in original carton with ALL original documentation.Damaged ItemsFree replacement parts will be shipped outif any damage occurs. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, a return for a full refund will be offered. MotoTec offers a 90 day partsreplacement warranty. Gas units sometime require minor adjustments to get themrunning properly. Parts also can be damaged during shipping. The buyer isresponsible for making any adjustments to the unit and installing any defectiveparts replaced by the manufacturer. All required technical support will beprovided by the manufacturer. Wacky Hippo can assist you with contacting themanufacturer if you have any problems but the warranty is ultimately themanufacturer’s responsibility. No warranty is offered or implied by Wack Hippo.
