I do give refunds if you are thoroughly unsatisfied for some reason and return the item to me in the same condition it was sent to you within 30 days of receiving it. There are no refunds if response is left prior to contacting me about an issue. Again the item must be returned in order to receive a refund. Due to recent experience, if no payment is received after 4 days an unpaid item a resolution request is opened. Regarding postal charges... depending on the item, the most economical option is used and charged accordingly. Large packages are subject to dimensional weight charges by Fedex and USPS.I only charge shipping and not handling....often the shipping price you pay does not fully cover the actual shipping price.
