All Jars are shipped with very careful packaging. Packing, bubble wrap, lid away from base.If jars are damaged thru shipping, all claims must be made by the buyer since the jar is in their possessionthru the Post Office online. Buyer files the claim, submits the photos and I confirm the claim thru an email from the post office.I do not accept returned broken jars. All sales are final.No returns on buyers remorse.
