It is a Model 40351A for 120 volt heaters. It is single pole and controls temps from 50 to 90 degrees with a 2 degree differential. No leveling is required for installation. It is rated up to 22 amps and can be used for new installations or as a replacement for Honeywell. General Controls, Jameson, Johnson Controls, Robertshaw, White-Rodgers, and most other line voltage thermostats.
