NU-VU OP-2LFM Oven/Proofer allows for supreme control over your bread making process by allowing for an individual baking and proofing chamber. This Oven/Proofer distributes heated air evenly throughout the oven cavity by the fan located in the top of the oven which blows down the inside walls of the cavity and up and out through the holes at each shelf, has a lighted oven and proofer compartment that make it easy for you to do sight baking and proofing without needing to open the doors, and an overflow drain and pan which catch all your excess moisture for easy removal and clean up.
