Offered is this vintage Nathan Turk women\'s western suit. The ensemble includes a designer sequenced western shirt featuring poinsettias, red piping, bright red painted snaps / buttons and the classic smile pockets. The pants are lined inside and the outside features beautiful red piping and a Talon brand side zipper. This piece came from a local estate that was clean and as neat as a pin. The owner said this suit was his mothers and that she wore it when she was a young lady when she showed horses. The suit is in gorgeous, gently used and well cared for condition. It could be used for permanent display in a collection or worn, as it shows very little overall wear. The detail and brightness of the fabric and sequins are truly amazing. There are shoulder pads inside the shirt giving this suit a stunning look when being worn. I could envision someone wearing this piece back in the day while riding their horse in the Rose Bowl Parade in Pasadena with the beautifulpoinsettiadesign with the bright white contrast to the sequins. As for the minor flaws, there are three very small moth \"nips\" in the pants and I have pointed out the largest of the three in the pictures. Two are on the right side of the pants (1 near the hip and 1 on the back thigh) and one on the left side near the zipper (seen in the picture). There are also a few small, minor pulls in the fabric on the shirt and a small very lightly soiled area near the right shoulder (see picture).The inside lining of the pants has some discoloration in the lining near the waist. This can not be seen from the outside of the pants or suit. There is also a small light stain on the lower left inside of the cuff on left leg of the pants. Again, this stain is small and inside and it can not be seen if you were to wear or display the suit. I realize that I am being very particular with this description but this is a top quality piece and I feel the new owner should be aware of the minor imperfections that are keeping this vintage designer piece from being flawless. This suit is being presented as found as I have not tried to clean or alter it in any way. I have not tried to fix or repair any of these flaws and I have not even tried to trim any of the loose threads. I feel this is the best policy for a quality piece such as this.
