Using your new Nesco Professional coffee roaster
First,
Start by filling the roast chamber up to the top fill line with the beans of your choice, put the chaff collector on top of the chamber and plug in the machine. Second,
The default time is 20 minutes, for most, this is a great place to start. 20 minutes on the timer means a 15 minute roast plus the 5 minute cool down. You can always add more time or take away time during a roast. If the timer is getting close to 5 minutes and the coffee is not done, make sure to add more time before the machine kick into cool mode. When you have achieved your desired roast, make sure to hit the cool button or advance the timer into the cool cycle. Third,
Pop the top and remove the chaff collector (Caution! It is still hot after a roast! Give it a minute or two to cool down). Dump the chaff into the garbage and the beans into an open container. The beans will be at their best 12-72 hours down the road and will start to stale after 7-10 days. Its as easy as 1 2 3 !

Return Policy
Burman Coffee Traders wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and offers a 15-day return on our equipment products.Equipment must be returned in the original packaging in un-opened new condition to receive a refund. We will extend the period for gifts as necessary. Merchandise that has been opened/used may be returned for a credit within the 15 days, if in good working order with all packaging and accessories. Equipment that breaks under warranty will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. A refund or store credit will be credited to your account within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item, and will be the amount of the selling price of the equipment, minus our original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned products.
