Hello and thanks for taking the time to look at our listing. This is the Mr. Potato Head Happy Birthday (It\'s A Birthday Exclusive!) whichis new andis in great condition. The item was made by Playskool which was released for sale in 2001 and the toy is recommended for ages 2 and up. The box does have a dent with some creases in one corner, see pictures.
