Megatone Music uses USPS Priority or First Class on all Domestic shipments. On Guitars, Basses, Amps and Pro Audio we use either FedEx or UPS. All items ship within 24-48 business hours of payment clearing. Tracking will be available and emailed within that time frame.
We do not offer free shipping on used or refurbished items unless free shipping is noted on the listing. Most new products over $99.00 include Free Shipping.
International Customers: Megatone Music strives to provide our international customers with the most affordable shipping on . Our rates are extremely competitive and we\'ll work with you the best we can. All shipments are insured and tracked.
We offer combined shipping on multiple item purchases, please email us before you order for a quote. You can save a lot of money on shipping when purchasing multiple items! Megatone Music is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Used and refurbished products are non-returnable. New products have a 30-day return policy. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
• Shipping is non-refundable.
• No-Restocking Fees (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & in the same condition as when you received it). So new items must be in Brand New Condition.
• Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $50.
• Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
