The Newman Trading Company LLC (TNTC) makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 30 days from the date the customer purchases the item. ---This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidental, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, or to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. The purchaser of this item acknowledges that TNTC shall in no way be responsible or liable to purchaser or any other party for any use or misuse of this item. The purchaser acknowledges that the purchaser has not and does not rely on TNTC’s skill or judgment with regard to the selection of the goods as fit or suitable for any particular purpose. In shipping instances, if the purchaser does not opt for shipping insurance, item damage will not be covered. --- To take advantage of this warranty the purchaser must notify TNTC of intent to return and the product or part must be returned to TNTC with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. Within this 30 day period the purchaser may also elect for a refund, not including shipping costs.
