Up for sale is a NEW Cotati professional full size accordion with LMMM treble reed configuration.
This instrument was manufactured in 2014. Condition is new -- I played it gently for a few hours and decided I wanted a LMMM accordion with a tone chamber. I paid $1400 new for this instrument; but know I will unfortunately have to sell it at a loss because it is not Italian. Regardless, it is a high-quality instrument manufactured by the best-regarded accordion manufacturer in China -- GoldenCup (an ISO-9001 certified manufacturer). It will be an excellent deal for whomever wins the sale!
Reserve is set for about half of what I paid -- this is the lowest I will accept for it! I originally bought it from \'acclab\' in Chicago, IL -- there are more pictures and information on their website. Photos I provided in this listing are of the actual instrument for sale.
This accordion is well-built and has a very nice, strong sound. It also a nice array of different reed combinations from a wet-tuned triple musette (MMM), swing and Italian tuning (MM), as well as dry-tuned reed combinations (L, LM, M). There is a convenient master palm switch for full LMMM as well. This particular instrument features hand-finished Italian Cagnoni reeds for superior response and projection.
