We recently changed our name, but we\'re still the same company under the same ownership, operating out of our local bike shop in Keene, NH. With our name change, we hope to provide an even higher level of customer service as we grow our already large catalog.

Being an online retailer with a local bike shop, we bring a lot of “ear to the ground” knowledge, and we love sharing it with our customers. We all live and breathe cycling and the outdoors, so don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re here and happy to help.
Shipping & Handling We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Depending on the items and warehouse location, most orders placed during the workweek before 11am will ship the same day, but in rare cases (peak season / holiday periods) handling time can take up to 48 hours. If you have questions regarding shipping estimates, please let us know prior to placing your order.
- If your order is received before 11am EST Monday - Friday, your order will typically ship the same day.
- If your order is received after 11am EST Friday - Sunday, your order will ship the following Monday.
- International Buyers are responsible for import taxes or customs fees and will not be included in your shipping charge. Please contact your local customs office before purchasing to see if fees will apply in your country.

Combined Shipping Discounts Combined shipping is the most frequent inquiry we receive from customers. To offer customers savings on shipping, we offer discounts when shipping multiple items from our store. We cannot issue refunds on shipping once an order is finalized so please follow the 4 steps below and ask if you are having trouble with the discount before you make a purchase.

Returns
365 Cycles has a 30 day return policy on new items. Returning your new item for a full refund of the product price is simple. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from purchase date through the Return Center. Items must be in original, unopened packaging. If retail packaging is missing or damaged, your return may be denied. If we make an error in shipping, please contact us -- we will ship out the correct item and provide a prepaid return label as quickly as possible!
