PAYMENT

Paypal is our preferred method of payment.

All in state residents within our state, Utah, will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of sale. If payment isn\'t received within 7 days, the sale will be revoked and a Non-Paying buyer alert will be filed.

SHIPPING

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday as well as USA Federal Holiday\'s)

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and we reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier.

**A note about free shipping**  We wish that we could offer free shipping but as we are a consignment store and do not own our inventory we are unable to do so.  We realize that other sellers can, but it\'s not possible with our business model.  Please know that we are trying to be as fair as possible with our shipping charges but USPS rate increases do happen every year!

Any order over $300 will require a signature confirmation for delivery.

International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery.  Please check with your home country to be clear on customs charges.  We cannot declare anything less than the selling price for the value of the item.  Please be prepared to pay the fees associated.

Combined Shipping

Combined shipping is possible on any items purchased within five days of the original purchase.  If you would like to combine shipping please contact us once you are finished shopping to let us know your intentions and request a combined invoice.   

Combined shipping charges will be $2 per additional item for domestic and $4 for international.

There is a 4lbs limit to combine shipping. Item\'s combined to be over 4lbs we CANNOT offer the above combined shipping charges. Those item\'s will be charged at checkout for the actual shipping costs according to dimensions and weight.

RETURNS

We hope that our item descriptions are complete and accurate enough that returns are not necessary but realize that sometimes it cannot be avoided.  Our Five Star customer service rating is very important to us and we stand by our products.

At this time there is no charge for returned items, even sizing issues with apparel.  Please pay close attention to the measurements in the item description of apparel and footwear items.   If this policy proves to be too costly for us we may have to charge a fee so please don\'t abuse. We can\'t refund the original shipping cost for sizing returns that were not a fault of ours.

Please contact us within 30 days of receipt if you would like to return an item.  We will need the original packaging returned as well, and will issue a refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.  Please allow an additional 7 days to process returns.  Returns address:
