Assembly: Comes 80% assembled, you will need to put on thewheels, seats, roll bars etc. Anyone who has some mechanical knowledge can uncrate this go-kart and get it up and running in couple hours. However, if you do not feel comfortable doing it on your own,you may take it to a professional mechanic and have them get it ready for you, it is your responsibility to make sure that the vehicle is assembled correctly and to pay for any additional fee related to assembly if needed. Negligenceand improper assembly will void warranty. Be sure to tighten all bolts, check/replace engine fluids andfully charge batteryprior to operation.
Warranty: The warranty on these go karts is for 6 months whichincludes parts and shipping. Labor coverage does not apply to off-road vehicles for any reason. Buyers are required to possess general maintenance and basic repair skills. Our products are shipped to you in factory\'s packaging, even though they are brand new and have been inspected before being crated up at the China factory, some wires or internal parts may get loose or damaged during transit. Buyers are expected (or to hire a mechanic) to perform tune-up as well as maintenance works that include removing or replacing parts/fluids, adjusting carburetor as needed. The parts warranty is effective only if:
The product is completelyand correctly assembled preferably by professional motorcycle technician;
The product is used undernormal conditions for its intended purpose;
The product receives allnecessary maintenance and adjustments.
As with most motor vehicle warranties, certain conditions, exclusions and limitations apply. Common warranty exclusions include but are not limited to: 1) Standard wear and tear items such as seats, filters, hoses, spark plugs, tires, brakes, batteries, light bulbs; 2) Vehicle used for extreme riding, racing or competition; 3)Damage from collision or accident; 4) Vehicles driven by unqualified operators; 5) Unauthorized third party repair.

Please be sure toinspect the vehicle thoroughly BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages or missing parts MUST be noted on the delivery receipt and have thedriver sign in acknowledgement, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.All required supporting documents such as delivery receipt, digital pictures and description of damage(s) must be received within 3 days via fax or email. Buyer’s Responsibilities:Buyer acknowledges acceptance of the risks of riding a motor vehicle and acknowledges that he or she is qualified to operate a motor vehicle as purchased from Bobcat\'s Motorsports. Buyer understands that they must aoffere by the motor vehicle laws of their state. Buyer is responsible for any required titling, registration, inspections, and insurance that may be required by their state for this motor vehicle before use. Buyer must be in good physical and mental condition to ride a motor vehicle. Ifbuyeris not familiar with operating a motor vehicle,buyershould seek professional training and be fully competent before riding their motor vehicle. Motor vehicle is inspected and tested prior to shipping and shipped in working condition.Buyeror buyer\'s mechanic is responsible for reconnecting any loose wires, nuts, bolts and/or screw(s) that may occur during shipping.buyeris encouraged to hire a qualified mechanic to assemble and tune this new vehicle. BUYER may perform the labor or hire a mechanic at Buyer’s expense to remove/install/replace the part(s) provided under this warranty. Buyeris aware that the Break-in period is as follows:First 20 hours motor vehicle is not suppose to be ridden at Top speed at all, varied speed from slow to 2/3 Top speed. Buyer is responsible for: Change engine oil immediately and every 5 hours until the 20 hours break-in period is complete; then every 10 hours thereafter. All fluids should be checked before the first operation and every 5 hours thereafter, failure to do any of the above will void the warranty.Wear and Tear items such as: Tires, Battery, Plastic Body Pieces, Seats, Belts, Brake Pads/Shoes, light bulbs, handgrips, filters, Drive Belts, Rubber Bushings, and Hoses are excluded from any/all warranty, if there is a manufacturers defect in the wear and tear item it must be submitted for warranty within 5 days of receiving the vehicle otherwise it will not be covered under any circumstances. Improper operation or any repairs made without prior authorization from Seller will be excluded from warranty. All shipping damages need to be noted on the delivery receipt and submitted to Seller within 3 business days. Any defective parts claims need to be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
The presence of a defective part on a motor vehicle will not be considered a reason to return vehicle.In no circumstance shall a loose wire, screw, nut or bolt, missing parts, cosmetic damages, and incomplete minor assembly/adjustment be considered a reason for return of motor vehicle.Inthe event a wire, screw, nut or bolt has become loose or missing during transit, or poor performances of a brand new motor vehicle occur due to improper tune-up, attempts to assist in reconnection/adjustment will be made by Seller via email or phone. If Seller cannot successfully troubleshoot the issue, Buyer is responsible for hiring a qualified mechanic to diagnose it and contact Seller for warranty parts if needed. Buyer will not be reimbursed for parts that are purchased from third party vendors including but not limited to local dealers and online sellers. Buyer or buyer\'s mechanic prepping motor vehicle upon receipt must check all systems to determine functionality and contact Seller within 3 days in the case of any defects. Motor vehicles may only be returned by following the Bobcat\'s Motorsports return policy.Return Policy:Buyer must notify seller in writing within 3 days of receiving the motor vehicle. All vehicles must be returned in brand new condition and sealed in manufacturer\'s original packaging, there areabsolutely no refunds or returns/exchanges allowed for any items that are assembled, used or fueled for any reason as the vehicle would be considered used. Buyer is responsible for:
Returning Goods in new, resalable condition. It must arrive unused in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. If any original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing, buyer will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
Paying all costs for return shipping. Since buyer is also responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping process, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from buyer’s refund if the vehicle is shipped back damaged.
Buyer must contact seller prior to returning any items. Any item returned without seller’s approval will be refused and returned to buyer.
Seller uses a third party LTL (Less Than Truckload) trucking company to delivery motor vehicles, orders may NOT be cancelled or refused on the basis of extended transit schedules since Seller has no control over the shipping company. Buyer may cancel order if the vehicle has not been shipped and buyer will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. If buyer chooses to cancel order once it has been shipped, or refuses to accept the delivery if there was no structural damages beyond repair, or decides to return a brand new vehicle due to defective/missing parts or incomplete assembly/tune-up, a 30% restocking fee plus all shipping costs to and from Seller’s location will be deducted from buyer’s refund, no exceptions. A full or partial refund will be issued within 7 business daysafter seller authorizes a cancellation or receives a returned vehicle in its brand new condition.
