New in original box it was shipped to me in. I purchased this on line at the Disney shopping website. This is the box she came in . The inside styrofoam foam is a little damaged because I had a difficult time getting it out of the box. I purchased this and never used it. This has been stored in the original box in a climate controlled closet. She is battery operated .She requires 2 AA batteries. Works perfect. Hard to take pictures of her lit up. Fiber optic color changing wings. I take all pictures myself and describe items to the best of my ability. I am not responsible if the light on her wings looks brighter or dimmer than the pictures. All pictures were taken in my home in a room that has light in it.
