Very nice condition Ameritron AL-84 HF linear amplifier. Makes an easy 450-500 watts power out. Has a set of four strong 6LQ6 final tubes that checked at 100+ on my Sencore tube tester as well as the spare tube that comes with the amp. Has gold plated ceramic tube caps with silver wire leads out to a ceramic plate coupling capacitor. Rig is is very good condition and works well, wired for 120VAC operation. Easily changed to 220VAC if need be.Plate voltage right at 1KV. Seems to like 20 and 40 meters extra well.Overall condition is extra nice.Case is in great shape with no ugly dents, scrapes etc. Interior is very clean and well maintained.
