If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt. Please start return process via your Account to ensure proper handling of your return.
Item must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. All merchandise returns must be in original carton and all items must be wrapped in original packing including all inner packing material to secure the items safe return.

All requests for returns or credit due to damaged or defective manufacturing must include images of broken/defective merchandise before we will issue a full credit which may take up till 6 days.
Once the request has been authorized Table Top King at its discretion may ask the customer to discard of merchandise.
Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned minus 20% restocking fee for all remorse return reasons.
We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options).
Shipping Costs are nonrefundable unless the error lies with Table Top King; all other instance; Buyer pays for return shipping. We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments.
