NOS Sno-Way Predator Snowplow Control Harness

This is a brand new harness, never installed . We were given this by another business. It has 3 wires, shown in picture #3, that have been cut (black, blue, & yellow), on the end where the control plugs into, shown in last picture. We\'re not sure if this is supposed to be like this or not, but both harnesses have same 3 wires cut. I do have the controls listed separately for this reason. I know the control & harness list for $351.00, I put \"obo\" on the buy it now price for this reason, the right person I\'m sure could make this harness work.
