This is an extremely hard to find original \"brake band\" style clutch pulley for an International Harvester Titan 10-20 tractor. It should also fit the 8, 10, and possibly 12hp IHC Famous and Titan engines. It mounts to the flywheel spokes or holes with a hole pattern 8 7/8 inches apart on center. Please measure your engine or tractor to be sure it fits your application. It needs to be freed up but I think with a little heat it shouldn\'t be a big project. The handwheel moves freely with very little wear. The fiber brake band looks to be in good shape but the sheet metal strap that engages the fiber to the carrier needs to be replaced. This doesn\'t appear to be a big project, either. I can\'t ever remember seeing another clutch pulley like this for sale so if you need one for your tractor or engine or just for a spare on the shelf here it is. It certainly is an unusual clutch!
