The fiddle is showing repairs (cracks in the top were glued, the snail was reglued, too) and authentic / characteristical signs of the time - Please see pictures
The origial shellac varnish is showing harmless signs of the time We will ship the violin safe & secure, with lots of padding and with removed bridge, but we can offer an old wooden hardcase for additional $ 20.- too
