Promotional shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more.If free shipping is not already indicated, please wait for our invoice before you pay so we can adjust your shipping to zero.We use UPS for all continental US shipments, so please make sure that and PayPal have a physical shipping address for you rather than a P.O. Box.
Shipping outside of the continental United States: If your shipping address is outside the continental United States, we ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Buyers outside the continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, APO and international) do not qualify for Promotional Shipping. Please use ’s shipping calculator, located under the “Shipping and Payments” tab, to determine USPS postage for your location.International buyers are responsible for all customs duties and/or taxes charged upon delivery.We CANNOT mark a package as a gift, nor can we reduce the declared value of the package below the selling price.

Package Standards:Unless you request otherwise, we ship all fabrics rolled on a tube to avoid wrinkling. Likewise, our leathers are shipped rolled and in boxes that we must purchase. This adds to the handling/packing time and the cost of shippingmaterials, however you are assured of receiving your fabric or leather in excellent condition.
Images and Color:The tall narrow images which appear first (and sometimes alone) are scans and are the most accurate representations of the color of the fabric. The wider images, if present, are camera photos and are provided only to show overall appearance and scale. They do not necessarily represent color. Please be sure to note any images of diagrams, if provided, as they include important information.
Please be aware that not all monitors show colors the same way, and that color isoften subjective.If available, we will always use the designer’s or manufacturer’s color name or number in our description.
What does \"Railroaded\" fabric mean?:Typically fabric is 54\" wide from edge to edge. Consider a design that is stripes. If the stripes run across the 54\" width of the fabric, the design is considered railroaded. If the stripes run up the continuous length of the fabric, then the design is not railroaded.
Similarly if the fabric design is a flower, if it lays across the 54\" fabric width rather than being oriented up and down the continuous length, it is a railroaded design. Railroaded fabric designs typically are more efficient for furniture upholstery application but are usually not suitable for drapery.
What is a \"Custom Backing\"?:Typically it is a cotton polyester knit backing that has been bonded to the back of the fabric. It reinforces silks, chenilles and other fabrics for upholstery use. A custom knit backing helps to prevent fraying andseam slippage. It does add a little bulk to the fabric but it does not affect the way the fabric feels or performs.
What does \"Double Rubs\" mean?:Fabric strength is determined by how it rates on a double rub test, which is a back and forth motion that approximates the wear and tear that comes from someone sitting down or getting up from an upholstered seat.3,000double rubs equals one year\'s worth of use. Here is what the numbers can tell you: #1. If a fabric holds up to more than15,000double rubs it is classified as HEAVY DUTY. #2. MEDIUM DUTY fabric can withstand9,000 to 15,000double rubs. #3. A fabric that can take anywhere between3,000 to 9,000double rubs, is classified as LIGHT DUTY fabric.

ANNOUNCEMENT – NEW RETURN POLICIES
1.A 10% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged on ALL returned items to cover the cost of inspection, reprocessing, restocking, relisting, and final value fees.This fee will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price. We offer free samples up to a number of 6, so returns should be minimal. If you choose to order without seeing a sample and need to return an order, the restocking fee still will be charged. Please see our Sample Policy for more details on samples.
2.Only purchase price is refunded; neither original nor return shipping are refunded.
3.Please email us to obtain authorization for return. Items must be returned in the same condition as buyer received them (uncut, unwashed, untreated, unmarked). If items were shipped on a fabric tube, the items must be returned on the same tube. Fees will be charged for items returned to us with wrinkles or creasing, unless the item was originally shipped folded at buyer\'s request.
