Manufacturer\'s specifications are available here. We recently liquidated this smoker from a local barbeque restaurant that closed down. This is a nice late model unit that was well taken care of. We brought it to our shop where we lightly cleaned it and thoroughly tested it. We replaced the bearings in the fan motor and installed a new rotisserie belt. A new switch was also installed. Everything is working great and its ready to be put into service.This is a rotisserie smoker that has a total of (15) fifteen racks that measure 48”W x 12”D. It will accommodate up to 60 Ribs, 90 Baby Back Ribs, 60 Boston Butts, 40 Turkeys, 60 Whole Chickens, and 40 12 lb. briskets. There is a total of 60 square feet of cooking surface! The heavy-duty foot switch allows you to advance the rotisserie while checking on your product. The fire box will hold 2 fireplace size logs that will last up to six hours. The 65,000 BTU gas burner is thermostat controlled with a temperature range of 100 to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
