Original 1816musket barrel that has been cut to 31 1/4 inches converted to percussionandused as a shotgun. Marks on the underside of the barrel are few, EW and 4 dots (see pictures). Nipple is rusted in but will come out with some heat.Bore is rusty and dirty but will clean up some. Underneath the barrel someone attempted to cut a dovetail and there are a couple of brazed spots where something was attached. Bore measures .781. Barrel is more or less shiny with some scattered light to moderate pitting. Questions please email me. Thanks for looking!
