You are purchasing a rare vintage HO scale slot car made by aurora around 1966. This is a original aurora 1966 Barris Batmobile slot car. Molded in black with red trim. This is an all original car with its original solid rivet tjet chassis. All the red trim is still in place along with the original bat logos on the doors. Batman and robins heads are still present along with the front and rear canopies. All pipes are present and both screw posts are crack free. They don\'t get much better then this for an original car. This car looks great for being almost 50 years old. This would make a great addition to any slot car collectors collection. I do not check the chassis on any of my vintage slot cars because most of the vintage cars I sell have not been run on a race track for 40 or 50 years. They are being sold as stationary antiques. If you intend to use any of these old slot cars for there intended purpose when they were new you would have to clean and oil the contacts and brushes and do the maintenance that would be required on the chassis.This car is compatible to run on most any H.O. scale slot car track such as aurora, atlas, bachmann, lionel, tyco, also auto world or others.
