DescriptionOrig Antique Ornate White Cotton Ladies Petticoat With Drawstring Waist Very Good ConditionThis very pretty white cotton petticoat has a drawstring waist and measures 54 inches from the waist to the hem. When extended the waist is 29 inches and it measures 44 inches at the hips. The decorative touches include crochet, cut-outs and neatly stitched pleats. It\'s in very good condition, though there are some minor discolorations especially around the waist.
