I am offering an original World War II vehicle first aid kit, which still contains most of its original medical supplies. The metal box has superficial scratches, but has no dents and is in overall excellent condition. Also, the label inside the cover is in excellent reading condition.

Box 1 – “Stock No. 2-003-190; Bandage, Gauze, Compressed Camouflaged; 4 Ins. X 6 Yds. Dyed Dressing with two safety pins.” (Note: This box appears to be only half full. To preserve the packaging, I did not remove the contents.)
Box 2 – “Stock No. 1-335-800; PKG. Petrolatum, ½ oz. 2’s, USP: in Tubes.” Only one tube is in the box and it is damaged.
Box 3 – “Stock No. 9-204-750; EACH, First Aid Kit, Eye Dressing, M-2.” This box appears full, though I did not inventory the contents to preserve packaging.
Box 4 – “Stock No. 2-011-755; EACH, Bandage, Muslin, Triangular Compressed Camouflaged 37 x 37 x57 Insl Dyed Dressing.” This box appears full, though I did not inventory contents to preserve packaging.
Box 5 – “Stock No. 9-597-500; SET, Tourni quet – Scissors – Forcepts Set.” I was unable to locate forceps set in this box.
Box 6 – “Stock No. 2-003-075; PKG, Bandage, Gauze, Compress, Camouflaged, 2x2 Ins. 4s, Dyed Dressing.” This box appears to be only half full.
Box 7 – “Stock No. 2-003-080, EACH, Bandage, Gauze, Compress, Camouflaged, 4 x 4 Ins., Dyed Dressing.”
Box 8 – “Stock No. 1-060-875; PKG, Ammonia Inhalant, Aromatic, Ampuls 1/3 cc.” (Only 4 remaining in box.)
According to FM 21-11First Aid For Soldiersdated 7 April 1943, this kit was supplied to motor vehicles on a ratio of one kit for four vehicles, including jeeps. It was mounted in a bracket, under the dash (between gauge panel and the glove box) or other suitable place in the vehicle cab. It was not mounted at the factory, rather by the Army after delivery.
