Original WW2 Japanese samurai sword/katana with combat saya:

Original WW2 Japanese Katana with original grip, tsuba, (menuki may be replacements). Blade is 26 inches including hibaki. Tang has two holes and is 7 inches long, unmarked. Blade has some light pitting along edge, both sides (see photos). Grip has some wear and the cord wrapping, some slight fraying. Saya is wood, originally covered by leather. Saya is presently missing approx half of the leather. Wood is in good shape, has original hanger ring.
