In case of DOA, Please notice us within 3 days and return the case within 7 days after receiving the items. (The date on Post Mark is for standard). After our receiving of the items in good appearance condition, you may have a replacement or refund as long as we cancel the order on , and Shipping cost is non-refundable, as you know shipping & handling was paid to post office.
If the item was sent back for repair, buyer pays for the returning fee. We will be responsible for 2nd shipping cost & handling.
If you ask for replacement or repair after one month since you paid, you need to pay for the 2nd shipping cost & handling.
