I ordered this amp from Phase Linear in 1978. It is in very good condition for a 39 year old amp. This amp has the Rack Mount face plate, and the rear mounted cooling fan. I also ordered the amp with 1/4 inch input connectors instead of the standard RCA connectors for stronger connectivity. This amp was rack mounted and was used to drive studio monitors.
