The Philadelphia & Garrettford Street Railway opened a trolley line from the 69th Street Terminal to the Clifton Heights station on the Pennsylvania Railroad\'s West Chester Line in 1907. The Railway eventually merged with West Chester Traction Company and Ardmore &Llanerch Street Railway to form the Philadelphia Suburban Transportation Company, known locally as the RED ARROW
