Actually, this Mansion was used for display purposes only for a short periodof time, and even the staircase trapdoors that usually get lost are present.Instructions included. No box.

All the rooms shown will be packed separately, so you'll have no troublewhatsoever to sort pieces off!

The dollhouse itself and all the accessories as well are in overall excellent condition!
