Shipping Info

• Items under 110 pounds are shipped regular ground service by the lowest cost method.
• FedEx is our primary carrier.
• FedEx SmartPost, Priority Mail, or First Class Mail are used for small packages. These items may have a longer delivery time than the estimate.

• Items over 110 pounds are normally shipped by LTL truck freight.
• For LTL Truck Freight Shipments:
• Truck shipments require a PHONE NUMBER and DELIVERY SIGNATURE.
• If a semi-truck cannot deliver to your address, then choose an alternate, more accessible address.
• The semi driver is responsible only to get the item to the back of the truck. You are responsible for unloading.
• Shipping charge DOES NOT include accessory charges like INSIDE DELIVERY, LIFTGATE, or LIMITED ACCESS deliveries (schools, churches, construction sites, etc.).
  - Charges for such accessory services that you request, will be collected directly from the freight company.
• Delivery Signature releases shipping company and shipper of liability, you must inspect your item for damage prior to signing.

• For all shipments:
• Shipments outside the 48 continental United States are arranged by Global Shipping.

Return Info

• You must contact us within 30 days of purchase for a valid Return Authorization Number.
• There will be no returns allowed after the 30 day return period lapses.
• Buyer must pay for return shipping and assure that item is packaged sufficiently to avoid damage.
• Buyer is responsible for any damage to item(s) prior to receipt at Small Engine Warehouse.
• Engines filled with fuel or oil are not eligible for return. No Returns on Electrical Items.
• Buyer will be credited for the amount paid for item minus a Restocking Fee (up to 20%, listed on each item) and damage after item is received and inspected.
