I bought it with all the intentions of hitting the craft show / festival circuit because I got tired of getting dragged to an event to spend money.

Get this one for alot less. I never wired it and havent tested it.
I bought it from a guy in the catering business that claims he hardly ever used it.
I did get a wiring schematic from Gold Medal to wire in a plug , but never got around to it.
