In good working condition. Includes key, weights, coin tray, and folders (not original USPS, but same size) for stamps. Cosmetic marks and surface rust. One rubber cushion slightly torn.

I tested this multiple times: deposited quarters in both sides and stamps dispensed each time.
Weights hold down stamps until empty then wire blocked coin slot to prevent deposit. Includes about 50 folders.
