TheAnalog Tube Audio RCA Conversion kit isan outstanding upgrade for the SME 3009, 3010 and3012 tonearms. The RCA conversion kit is compatible to the originalplugs from SME. The installation is a easy job, all screws andparts fits with the RCA Conversion Kit very well.
Themain problem with the original mounted oldSME plugs of the 3009/3012 tonearms is thebad connection of the contacts, so the tonearmcannot play on his high level and thesome tonearms has problems with hum dueto a bad ground connection. With this RCAconversion kit are all this probems fixed,the contacts are excellent with thehigh quality solid RCA plugs andthe grounding of the tonearm is optimizedand the hum is gone. Another benefit is:You can use with the RCA conversion kitnormaly interconnect cableswith RCA plugs. You dont need an extra ground cable to the tonearm.
