Transmits and receives and all functions working. Comes with an Astatic MIC 575-M6.
The mic has a volume control and tone control on the sides and the sliders seem a little stiff. The power cord may need to be replaced only because I replaced the wiring in the current one. It works fine, but there is no fuse as there should be. It was hooked up to a wire antenna and tested and everything seemed to function as it should. There are normal signs of use, but was not abused. The bracket is not included. Includes the President HR2510, the thumb screws for the bracket, the power plug, Astatic Mic, a copy of the manual, and the accessory plug that has all the options wired and ready to go.
