Hello everyone! This is a Vintage Presto HotTopper Automatic Electric Melter/Dispenser. This is pre-owned and it is still in good condition!! I hope you can see it well in the pictures. It has the main unit, spray cap, steam cap, brush and detachable cord. You may see a very minor sign of handling/use wear but nothing major at all. This also comes with the manual. This allows you to spray, steam or brush hot butter and other delicious toppings on your favorite foods. As mentioned in the beginning it is still in good condition.
