This wheel is very old andis in great condition and would be ready for spinning,but needs a leather foot pedal strap and a flyer, has a distaff,but has arm missing . I have purchased several spinning wheels from an ESTATE sale here in KY. The base has a knobthatworks to put tension on your flyer.The wheel is 20\" wide and the total height is 37 1/2\" and sits on a 22\" base. Nice old wood with peg construction and old nails on the foot stomp, a large table top or floor wheel.I HAVESEVERALSPINNING WHEELS LISTED FOR SALE ON E-BAY. I would prefer not to ship this item, I live between Louisville Ky.--I-65 and Lexington Ky I-75 and less than an hour from either.
