• This is a plastic case with a built-in 33/45 RPM record player; an amplifier with volume, treble, bass, and microphonecontrols; inputs for microphone (mono mini-phone) andaux (1/4\" phone); headset / aux speaker output (1/4\" phone); and a speaker on the side.
• Includes a microphone, 45 adapter, and mono 1/4\" phone to mono mini-phone adapter.
• Operation is simple: simply power on (the amber light comes on), set the record speed, and the record spins when the tonearm is moved to play the record. Adjust the controls as desired. The supplied microphone can be used whether a record is playing or not and microphone input level has its own control so you can balance the microphone to the record playing. All sound is heard from the speaker on the side.
• This record player does play on both speeds successfully. I would describe the sound as somewhat scratchy when a record is playing, so maybe it needs a new stylus (needle). The sound is cleaner when I just use the microphone. The speaker is very basic and the sound is low fidelity. I found that I had to turn up the bass to about 3 o\'clock and the treble to about 2 o\'clock before I thought the sound was OK. It is quite servicable for basic use in my opinion (classroom, kids play, etc).
